Life in Camp

Perched on the edge of the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy this is a family-owned lodge that seamlessly blends rustic charm with comfort. The lodge features six hillside cottages overlooking the Eastern Marania Valley and three garden cottages set amidst lush lawns, all designed to provide privacy and tranquility. Guests can engage in a variety of activities, including game drives, guided walks, horseback and camel rides, and scenic flights in a classic bi-plane. The conservancy is home to a huge array of wildlife, including the Big Five and one of Kenya’s largest populations of black and white rhinos. Timing Your Trip

Lewa Wilderness offers exceptional safari experiences year-round. The dry seasons, from January to March and June to October, provide optimal wildlife viewing as animals gather around water sources. The wetter months of April, May, and November bring lush landscapes and vibrant birdlife, appealing to photographers and bird enthusiasts.
