Timing Your Trip

The optimal time to visit Sayari Camp is during the dry season, from June to October, when the Great Migration reaches the northern Serengeti, and river crossings are most frequent. This period offers exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities as vast herds of wildebeest and zebra navigate the Mara River, attracting numerous predators. As with all migration safaris though timing is no guarantee, and Will would expect the wildebeest to be in Kenya in July and August, so plan accordingly with Will if the crossings are high on your bucket list.
