The Valley Of The Leopard
Zambia, July 2028

Trip Summary
Launched for the first time in 2027, Will's photo tour to Zambia sold out 15 months in advance, so it only seemed sensible to run the itinerary again in 2028.
The safari starts at Anabezi Camp in the Lower Zambezi, where you will venture out each day in search of epic wildlife on foot, by car or by boat - offering a huge array of wildlife and photography experiences. After four nights here the group moves on to South Luangwa and Lion Camp, a property right in the heart of the action but away from the crowds.
Timed to coincide with the best light of the year this trip is a photographers dream and offers Will's guests something totally different to the rets of his safari roster.
Dates: 2nd - 11th July, 2028

Overview
This trip is designed around exclusive photography experiences in one of Africa’s most under rated photography destinations. Zambia is home to thundering rivers and Winterthorn forests, among which lion, elephant and leopard roam and dappled light darts through the canopy. The group will have one night in Lusaka at the start of the trip followed by four nights in each location, allowing for three full days on safari at each location.
2nd July
Arrive in Lusaka International Airport where a meet and greet service awaits you and a short road transfer to Latitude 15 hotel. Make the most of the pool and boutique bar before dinner together as a group, a quick briefing on the trip ahead and a chance for everyone to get to know each other.
3rd July
An early breakfast and quick transfer back to Lusaka Airport (30 minutes) for the flight to Lower Zambezi National Park. This will be a stunning journey along the Zambezi river - so keep cameras to hand - and the guides for the trip ahead will meet everyone at the airstrip. The journey back to camp will be a safari in itself as the first sights of the stunning Winterthorn woodland get the creative ideas flowing. After everyone has checked in and had lunch, the afternoon game drive can begin.
3rd-7th July
Four nights at Anabezi Camp ensures you get three full days out on safari. The timing of the trip means light will be stunning and game begins to congregate at water sources as the dry season takes hold. There will be ample chances for game drives, canoe or boat safaris and walking safaris for those interested.
7th July
The group returns to the airstrip to fly down to South Luangwa (back along the Zambezi river) and make our way to our new home; Lion Camp, arriving in time for late lunch and evening safari.
7th-11h July
As with Amanzi there will be three full days to explore South Luangwa, with particular emphasis on finding leopards and wild dogs. There are plenty of hides to make the most of and again we can get out on walking safaris as well as typical game drives.
On the final morning there'll be one last game drive and then it is time to begin the journey home, landing back in Lusaka in the early afternoon so everyone can catch evening flights back home.
